We collect your email address, the tank information you share in conversation, water parameter logs extracted from your conversations, and standard usage data (session counts, feature usage). We do not collect your real name unless you choose to provide it.
Your tank data and conversation history are used exclusively to power ReefMind's personalized AI responses. We do not sell your data to third parties, fish stores, equipment brands, or any external parties.
Your data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, tank profiles and conversation history are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, and Supabase for data storage. We use Anthropic's Claude API to power AI responses — your conversation data is transmitted to Anthropic subject to their API terms. Anonymised, aggregated usage patterns may be used to improve platform-wide features; no individually identifiable data is shared.
You can view, edit, or delete your tank profile and conversation history at any time from the Account page. To request full account deletion, contact us at hello@reefmind.app.
