TankMind provides an AI-powered aquarium advisory service that builds a memory of your specific tank and reasons across it. The AI is designed to be a knowledgeable second opinion, not a substitute for professional expertise, and not a veterinarian. Always verify critical decisions, particularly medication and dosing, with a test before acting.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. One account is for one person’s tanks, if you run a store or service business and want multi-tank client management, talk to us first.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, but nothing is charged during it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Otherwise your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and renews (monthly or annually, whichever you chose) through Stripe until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Promotional pricing (such as founding-member discounts) applies to the initial term stated in the offer, after which standard pricing applies.
You own your tank data. You can export all of it from the Account page at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and everything in it whenever you choose. If you cancel without deleting, we keep your history so you can return later, see the Privacy Policy for details.
TankMind is for personal aquarium keeping. You may not use the service to train AI models, scrape or bulk-extract responses, probe or disrupt the service, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Reefkeeping involves living animals and irreversible decisions. TankMind provides information for educational and advisory purposes based on the data you give it, if that data is incomplete or wrong, the advice will be too. We are not liable for livestock losses, equipment damage, or other outcomes that result from following AI recommendations. Test before you dose. Acclimate before you add. Use your own judgment.
We work hard to keep TankMind fast, accurate, and available, but it’s provided “as is”, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that every answer is right. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using TankMind and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we ever discontinue the service, we’ll give you notice and time to export your data.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continuing to use TankMind after a change means you accept the updated terms.
